Qatar 777-300 Qsuites JFK to Doha

Regarded as the best business class in the skies, I was very excited to try Doha's Qsuites.

This is a massive suite, with a TV that measures in equally as wide as the seat at 21.5 inches.

One perk, which I'll chalk up to Qatar staff/policy is that they allowed me to stow my duffel bag next to me in the suite instead of forcing me to put it in the overhead like Delta did.

My command center...plenty of storage plus both USB and AC power.

Before takeoff, I chose a virgin pineapple margarita, which was served with warm nuts.

Since I'd eaten in the lounge, I stuck with the apple and butternut squash soup before trying to get some sleep.  My favorite part about Qatar's service is the flickering mini lantern, which really classes things up.

One thing not to miss is that the business class cabin offers espresso...served with Godiva chocolates.

Turndown service reveals 6.5 foot bed, however, despite the mattress pad, I found it to be very hard and uncomfortable.

I was only able to sleep about 2 hours at a time so I asked for an early breakfast before watching a movie.

After another 2 hour "nap," I opted for a traditional Arabic breakfast.

And shortly thereafter, we were greeted with the most interesting skyline I've ever seen on approach to Doha.
